Par-Tee Golf Outing #2 - Timber Ridge, GC

Par-Tee GC members! The first event we are sure will be a huge success at Brookwood GC, and let's carry the enthusiasm to our second golf outing at Timber Ridge GC. 

We're continuing our challenge to invite all your golf buddies and friends, both current, former, and potential new members, to join us for a day or the entire golf season. Again, it's okay for multiple members to extend invitations to the same recipient (s) - we want them to feel appreciated. Don't forget, that guests can sign up for a one-time free pass on our website.

And speaking of new initiatives, we're excited to introduce the Flex-Play Option (see details below). This trial program allows members to choose their own tee times and play at their convenience. We'll be evaluating its success, so be sure to give it a try and let us know what you think.

But the fun doesn't stop there! We'll be hosting the Par-Tee 19th Hole after the round, starting around 2pm. Of course family, friends, neighbors, relatives - everyone is welcome. We want to have the chance to re-cap the first two outings and make adjustments going further. This will be a great opportunity to kick back and game plan for the future as well as discuss the results from another round of golf.

Flex-Play Option

We'll select specific outings for a trial phase to evaluate the results after the 2024 season and make improvements as needed. Your positive feedback will help to make this a mainstay. 

Flex-Play Outing Procedure and Club Rules

Eligibility: Flex Play is open to any group of 4 or more PTGC members only. Guest must be verified before play by Par-Tee.

• Schedule Flexibility: Enjoy the flexibility to play either during the week or join the crew on Saturdays.
• Attendance and Tee Times: Identify the members attending, arrange tee times, and confirm details with PT.
• Scoring and Payouts: All scores count, use Scrolf to record accurately, and verify scores before submission. $1.50 additional fee per person for use of Scrolf.
• Behavior and Conduct: Violation of club bylaws and detrimental conduct will not be tolerated. First-time guests are also welcome on Saturdays only.
• Pay-Out Process: The Club Outing Skin Pot and all scores for the week will be determined and confirmed after the final round on Saturday. Winners will receive their payout via the online payment system.

We're excited to offer these Flex Play Outing recommendations to enhance the golfing experience for our current PT members and hopefully new members.
