1. Participation in monthly outings and Season Ending Club Competition

2. Participation in the New Golf training program.

3. Par-Tee golf League.

4. Membership package (copy of club’s By-Laws)

Membership Requirements and Expectations:

1. Promotional Membership, first year members $45.00. (Ineligible for End of

Season Club Championship awards).

2. Membership fees:

a. Regular membership of $75.00 annually, 10% Veteran discount.

b. Senior Citizen’s (70 or older) membership $40.00 (no Veteran discount)

3. No Monthly dues

4. Participation in club committees

5. Regular club meeting attendance

6. Support Par-Tee fundraisers and other club sponsored events.

7. Support youth golf within the community.

I, the undersigned, have read the list of items which currently outline membership in the Par-Tee Golf Club.

By submitting this application, I agree (if accepted for membership) to abide by the articles of incorporation and Bi laws of this Organization Covering this membership.
